CONTACTING THE PRACTICE

The practice are aware we are experiencing high volume of calls on a daily basis.

If calling to make a general enquiry or calling for results it may benefit you to call at less busy times, this being between 12.00 pm – 3.00 pm.

The practice are actively looking at different solutions to help alleviate patient frustrations in contacting the surgery.

To aid this further we are currently in the process of discussing installation of patient call queue service on our telephone lines.

The Practice appreciate our patient’s patience.

 FESTIVE ARRANGEMENTS

Please remember the Practice will closed from –

6.00 pm on Friday 24th December 2021 and re-open at 8.30 am on Wednesday 29th December 2021

And close at –

6.00 pm on Friday 31st December 2021 and re-open at 8.30 am on Wednesday 5th January 2022.

Order your repeat prescriptions early to ensure you have enough medication to cover this period.

Special care has been taken to ensure that information is given in clear language, and the content and style has been tested with user groups.
